deeprelay requests export

Export the filtered request log as CSV

Export the filtered request log as CSV

Synopsis

Exports the request log as CSV, with the same filters as deeprelay requests list (--key, --model, --surface, --status, --error-code, --client-request-id, --from, --to, --fallback). The export is not paged: it streams every matching row in the 90-day window, newest first.

The last three columns are requested_model, served_model and fallback_reason, so a spreadsheet can tell which requests a backup model answered. --fallback keeps only those requests. The per-model attempts trail is not exported; use deeprelay requests get for it.

The CSV goes to stdout, or to a file with --out . The file is written with owner-only permissions (0600), and is only created once the server has accepted the export, so a refused export leaves nothing behind. If the stream breaks partway, the partial file is removed.

Row limit. An export has a maximum row count. When your filters match more rows than that, nothing is exported: the command names the limit, tells you to narrow the time range or add a filter, and exits 1. Splitting a long range into several --from/--to exports always works.

Text cells that a spreadsheet could read as a formula are escaped on the server, so the file is safe to open directly.

Examples

# Last week's requests to a file
deeprelay requests export --from 2026-10-01 --to 2026-10-08 --out requests.csv

# Only the requests that fell back to a backup model
deeprelay requests export --fallback --from 2026-10-01 --out fallbacks.csv

# Only the rejected requests for one key, piped into another tool
deeprelay requests export --key 11111111-2222-3333-4444-555555555555 --status rejected | wc -l
