Choose the method your plan renews on (--plan) or auto-pay charges (--auto-pay)

Synopsis

Chooses what a saved payment method pays for.

  • --plan — your plan renews on it. A plan billed in US dollars takes a card or Link; a plan billed in rupees takes an active UPI ID. If the plan's last renewal failed, the payment is retried on this method right away: this is how you fix a failed payment.
  • --auto-pay — auto-pay top-ups are charged to it. A UPI ID is refused while the auto-pay amount is above $130.

Pass both to do both.

On a plan that is set to cancel, --plan --resume also resumes it, so it keeps renewing on the method you chose. Without --resume the method is set and the plan still ends at the close of the paid period.
